.080 Painted blanks with borders are prefabricated aluminum alloy blanks. They are painted white on one side with a baked enamel finish and painted borders in four color options. They accept vinyl, screenprints, and UV inks and are made with 3003-H14 / 3105-H14 alloy to meet DOT regulations.
